Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise, and meditation to improve health and happiness. Meditation is the practice of mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought or activity, to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm, and stable state. We included a place to practice yoga and meditation as an integral part of holistic wellness.
Classes
Power Flow:
A powerful vinyasa flow created for all levels and meant to challenge you physically, mentally, and emotionally. Designed to empower the student through fast-moving sequencing and longer-held poses to build strength and stamina. This class is heated.
Gentle Flow:
This rooted practice will help you become more familiar with our style. Taking slower, deeper breaths, while you move, helps you make the breath and body connection necessary in building a strong foundation.
Yin
This is a grounded stretching class that targets the deep connective tissues in your body with an awareness of breath.
Ashtanga Remix
A new twist on a traditional practice. We use the familiar and foundational Ashtanga series to get into our bodies and strengthen our practice, but sprinkle in a few challenging arm balances and inversions to help us grow. The style is energetic, and synchronizes breath with movement. Please bring a mat, towel and water.
